What is this product?
This is a digital service that creates a personalized artwork based on a pre-designed template.
We carefully place your child’s face into an existing artwork.
Images are not generated from scratch and are not hand-painted
How does the order process work?
Choose a character
Upload a photo
Pay a non-refundable $3 deposit to start the process
Receive a watermarked preview
Approve the preview and pay the remaining balance
Receive the final file without watermark by email
What will I receive?
You will receive one high-resolution digital file (JPG or PNG) for personal use and self-printing.
How long does it take?
Previews are usually ready within 1–2 business days.
Final files are delivered within 24 hours after preview approval.
These timeframes are estimates and may slightly increase during busy periods, holidays, or due to technical factors.
Can I use an adult photo?
This product is primarily designed for children’s photos.
Adult photos can be used, however the result may look less realistic and we cannot guarantee a specific visual outcome.
What kind of photo should I upload?
The quality of the final result depends on the quality of the uploaded photo.
We recommend a clear, front-facing photo without filters, glasses, or heavy shadows.
The face should be fully visible and not covered.
If the photo does not meet these requirements, we will ask you to upload another image.
Will the artwork look exactly like the photo?
We aim to capture facial features as accurately as possible.
However, 100% identical likeness cannot be guaranteed due to digital processing and the use of artistic templates.
Are revisions available?
We fix technical issues such as incorrect face placement or visual artifacts.
We do not change the artwork style, pose, clothing, or scene.
Can I get a refund?
The deposit is non-refundable as it is used to begin the custom work.
If you have concerns after receiving your preview, please contact us and we will try to find a possible solution within the service capabilities.
Refunding the deposit is not an obligation of the service.
Can I use the artwork commercially?
No. The artwork is for personal use only.
Commercial use is not permitted.
Do you offer printing?
We do not offer printing services.
You receive a digital file and may print it at any print shop of your choice.
